      What shall I do if I’m having problems submitting my assignment?

      Let’s get you the help you need!

      • Check the due date of your assignment: please remember that the deadlines are always set at 11:59 PM (US-EST). If it’s already past the deadline, request a late submission from faculty. If it’s possible, they’ll open the assignment portal for you

      • Check if your internet connection is stable enough to upload a submission. The internet speed should be at least 3Mbps. You can take a speed test using this link. Please wait until the upload submission reaches 100% before leaving the page

      • Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history; or try opening the website using an incognito window.

      If the suggestions above still don't work, please send a screenshot of the error to the success team so that they can forward it to IT Support.
