      Why can’t I upload my ID/passport? (It keeps rejecting the files)

      We’re sorry to hear that uploading your government-issued ID isn’t a smooth process for you! Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. Then, can you please try one of the following three hacks:

      - Open the online application page on another web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer) or another mobile device

      - Convert the photo into PDF

      - Open the photo in Paint, then save it using a different file name. You can choose .png or .jpeg file

      Try uploading the doc. Let us know if this doesn’t work. We’ll let the tech team know right away.
