      Is Nexford's US accreditation retroactive? (WIP)

      The Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) granted initial accreditation to Nexford University on January 20, 2023. As of this date, Nexford University is an accredited institution. DEAC is listed by the US Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency. 

      Accreditation is not retroactive prior to January 20, 2023. 

      If you graduated prior to January 2023 (before US accreditation) you can request a new transcript by emailing registrar@nexford.org - request for a new degree is not needed as the accreditation status does not reflect on the degree, only the licensing commission.
