      Do I need an affidavit - the name on my certificate/transcript is different from my maiden name? (NIN SLIP PROCESS) (TBD)

      Please download the National Identification Commission Mobile (NICM) app to verify your ID using your National Identification Number, this allows you to derive relevant information such as your full name and date of birth. After verification of your ID, you can screenshot and send us a copy as your government-issued ID. 

      • It is a mobile app only and can be found on both Android and IOS 
      • It can only be verified by using your National Identification Number and a token sent to you via the app to your mobile number used during the registration of your NIN 
      • You have to pick the option of full ID in order to get all the relevant information 
      • You may need to try this process more than once
